原青海省乡村振兴局异地扶贫处处长葛岩清等3人违规收受礼品礼金等问题。2017年至2022年，葛岩清多次违规收受管理和服务对象高档烟酒、电子产品、购物卡及礼金1.1万元。原省乡村振兴局社会扶贫处处长崔凯多次违规收受管理和服务对象高档烟酒、购物卡及礼金0.2万元。原省乡村振兴局政策法规处四级调研员金云多次违规收受管理和服务对象高档烟酒、电子产品、手表、购物卡及礼金5万元，违规接受管理和服务对象在银川、西安、南宁、北海等地的旅游安排。葛岩清、崔凯、金云还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2024年3月，葛岩清、崔凯、金云3人均受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉。
